Mashing starts and is controlled automatically by the machine controller of the BrauEule. Stirring is done through bubbles. For you this means approximately 3 hours of spare time. |

When the mashing is finished the machine starts to beep. Water is coolded down to 78 ° C for perfect sparging. |

Lautering is started simply by placing the steam hose into the boiling tun. The wort starts running, the first few litres can be recycled for a perfectly clear wort. |

The bottles are closed. Now starts the difficult part of waiting for the right time to drink it. It takes usually between 3 to 8 weeks. |
